RETURN POLICY

We can accommodate returns or exchanges within 14 business days from when the package was delivered to you.  

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received with original tags, sanitary liners,  and packaging. Naturally, we cannot accept returns of previously worn, soiled, laundered or damaged merchandise.

*THE SUMMER LAB  do not cover return shipping costs. You can ship your returns with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping, customs fee, and duties will be at your own expense. Please verify that you have accurately completed and include with your parcel all necessary documentation for Customs clearance. THE SUMMER LAB will not be liable for any custom charges made on returns as the item must be stated as a return. 

  1. Once we receive shipment, return will be applied to method of original purchase (refund excludes shipping costs). Please allow up to 10 days for returns to be processed.

EXCHANGES

Orders can be exchanged for different colors and sizes, according to stock availability.

At THE SUMMER LAB  we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.
