CUSTOMS
The Summer Lab is not responsible for any customs clearance fees incurred for shipments landing outside the EU.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments will be arranged by The Summer Lab, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.
The Summer Lab ships all over the world with UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.
It is important that you insert an email address and a phone number correctly when you place an order.
The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important that you insert a correct email address when placing an order.
N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order after placing it.
Deliveries will be effected Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
The Summer Lab is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of The Summer Lab.
