Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within two business days.

CUSTOMS

The Summer Lab is not responsible for any customs clearance fees incurred for shipments landing outside the EU.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments will be arranged by The Summer Lab, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.

The Summer Lab ships all over the world with UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

It is important that you insert an email address and a phone number correctly when you place an order.

The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important that you insert a correct email address when placing an order.

N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order after placing it.

Deliveries will be effected Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00. 

The Summer Lab is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of The Summer Lab.

During promotions, there may be delays in immediate shipping.

Items are eligible for return or exchange only if returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Return shipping and re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Discounted items marked with FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
